Happy New Year

But a year is going, a year where the care
and friendship were always present and now,
what we want for the next year?

That true friendships are eternal and continue
always that special place in our hearts that
even a few tears are shared,
the joys that are always present and are
celebrated by all.

That innocence and wisdom of our children
Our elders are the least respected,
that love is present in a simple Hello,
or any other sentence that said the same shortly.

Hearts are always open to new friendships,
new loves and new achievements. God is always
with his outstretched hand pointing to his ways.

What feelings are banished from small time of our lives,
he who is in need of help we always
comfort and a friendly word.

That truth is always above all
forgiveness and understanding to overcome the hurts and grievances,
that what we dream is transformed into reality.

That love for others is our ultimate goal
and that our long journey we next 365 days be filled with
optimism and hope, strength of will and power to accomplish.
